STEP 1/7
Cut off the potato with a chopping knife and boil the 4th to 5th-grade decomposition water about the height of the potato.
STEP 2/7
While the potatoes are boiling, oil the pan and stir-fry 100g of minced beef (I'm Korean beef), then add 1/4 of the onions and stir-fry
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry curry powder, ketchup, and sugar to taste. If the bottom is sticky, add some water and stir-fry it. If you pour a little water on it, it doesn't taste bitter.
STEP 4/7
Transfer roasted beef and onions to a bowl.
STEP 5/7
When the potatoes are cooked, drain the remaining water and cook them on low heat to remove the moisture, making them more fluffy. Mash cooked potatoes with a spoon or fork when hot. (Mash it well when it's hot.)
STEP 6/7
Mix the stir-fried meat and crushed potatoes on top of the onion and the filling is complete. I added a little more curry powder while mixing it. Put the potatoes in when they are hotter than when they are cold, and they cut well.
STEP 7/7
If you put it in the bread, the potato curry sandwich is complete.
