Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil 4 cups of water, 2 bay leaves, and 1 teaspoon of whole pepper in a pot.
STEP 2/7
When the water boils evenly, add 200g of shredded pork belly and boil it.

Sift the boiled pork belly through a sieve.

Pour 1/2 tbsp oil into a heated pan and stir-fry 4 tbsp sliced garlic and 1/4 sliced onions.

When the onion is stir-fried transparently, add 3/4 cups of kelp boiled water, 2 + 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1/2 tablespoon of hot sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and boil evenly.
STEP 6/7
Add the boiled pork belly, mix it evenly until the seasoning is soaked, and stir-fry it with 1/2 bag of cut enoki mushrooms.
STEP 7/7
Add 1/2 of the finely slanted green onions and stir-fry again. Add 1/2 tablespoon potato starch and 1 tablespoon water mixture and stir evenly so that it does not lump. Finish the lack of seasoning with salt.
