  • a young leaf vegetable
  • olive oil
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut salmon into desired thicknesses.
STEP 2/3
Mix olive oil, sugar, vinegar equivalents, chopped onions with a little salt, and lemon pichae as much as you like.
STEP 3/3
Sprinkle the sauce on top of the salmon and put the baby vegetables on top!
There are some smoked salmon sold in slices and whole vegetables, but the ones sold in slices are sliced too thin, so I bought and used whole vegetables at the grocery store
