Crab meat soup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add 1T of sesame oil to the pan.
STEP 2/7
Cut a proper amount of green onion salad and stir-fry it with sesame oil to make the scent.
STEP 3/7
Add 1T of crab meat, 1t of ginger, 1t of soy sauce, 1t of salt, and pepper.
STEP 4/7
Pour in the broth (add 5C water and 1 chicken stock). If you add boiling water, it will cook quickly Then, water starch (Mix water and starch powder 3T each and stir to make it, and add little by little into the pan to adjust the concentration.)
STEP 5/7
Pour in the egg whites. Mix the egg whites a little with a whisk and pour them in to make them softer.
STEP 6/7
Boil it over medium heat. Remove foam from boiling. If you don't roll up the foam, it will stick to the edge of the pot.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add sesame oil and pepper to finish.
