STEP 1/10
You have to prepare vegetables. Just use what you have at home. Strawberries are always at home. I used a room for 4 vegetables. Prepare carrots, onions, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/10
Please prepare tuna, the main ingredient of the day, by removing the oil. I used tuna in sunflower seed oil. The reason why I use tuna like this is Eunyong. It's because I'm going to use about a tablespoon of this tuna oil for porridge today.
STEP 3/10
Put 1 tablespoon tuna oil and 1 tablespoon minced garlic in a pot. Then stir-fry it well so that the garlic scent comes out well.
STEP 4/10
Next, add the onions and carrots you prepared and stir-fry them. Onions and carrots are hard vegetables, so stir-fry them until they are half-cooked.
STEP 5/10
If the onions and carrots are half cooked, add zucchini and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them. It smells really good.
STEP 6/10
If the vegetables are well-fried with a delicious smell, add some water and boil it. As the water boils, the tuna oil that I put in earlier floats on the water. Then you can take a spoon and throw it away.
STEP 7/10
When the water boils, you can add lovely rice that strawberries use often. I put in less than two bowls this time, too. If you put in about two bowls of rice, it's okay. There are about two bowls of udon. There are about four bowls of regular soup. If you put in the rice, stir it evenly so that it spreads well. And then boil it again.
STEP 8/10
When the porridge boils, it's good to add an egg. Strawberries had a lot of egg whites left after making the sweet potato pie yesterday, so I just put that in. Yesterday, I took out the yolk and used it, and I only put in the white, but the color is not that pretty. And if you add eggs, the bubbles will come up more. Work hard to remove the bubbles. Boil it again.
STEP 9/10
When the porridge boils, you can add the tuna that you took out the oil. Add the seasoning. Tuna has a unique taste, so you need to add less salt than other porridge. So, taste it and put it in moderation. Also, add a little pepper or ginger powder depending on your preference. You just need to season it like this.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, add chopped green onions. The smell changes with the green onions. It really makes me want to sell it. And boil it as if you're mixing it. Then, tada. It's a tuna vegetable porridge. Doesn't it look delicious? It's really delicious. Especially, I think it's a taste that children would love.
