Beef bean sprout tofu soup
It is spicy Korean soup boiled with beef, bean sprouts, and tofu.

  • Beef
    100g
  • Bean sprouts
    200g
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • crushed garlic

  • Red pepper powder

  • Flower salt

  • Cheongju
    2TS
  • ginger powder
    1/3ts
  • salted shrimp

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash bean sprouts and boil them with water.
STEP 2/6
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic when boiling.
STEP 3/6
When bean sprouts are cooked, add beef. Remove the foam.
STEP 4/6
When the beef is cooked, cut and add 2 cheongyang peppers.
STEP 5/6
Season with 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 3/4 tablespoon of flower salt, 2 tablespoon of refined rice wine, 1/3 teaspoon of ginger powder, and 1 teaspoon of salted shrimp.
STEP 6/6
When it boils up, add the cut tofu and boil it again.
