Cut the spam (small size) into 4 pieces, add 1t of seasoned soy sauce and 1T of water, and boil it down a little There was oil in the spam itself, so I grilled it without oil.

Mix rice with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds. Season eggs with salt, dissolve them, fry them in a pan, and cut them into spam-sized pieces. Cut perilla leaves into spam-sized pieces

They usually use square mousse molds, but I recycled the spam cans. I put plastic on a small spam box.

First, add a little bit of rice and press it down.

Add 2 or 3 layers of perilla leaves.

Take it out of the mold and roll it in the seaweed for gimbap!
If you put plastic on the spam box, it's easy to remove later, but it's convenient.
