Hawaiian Musubi
Let me introduce Hawaiian musubi (also known as spam kimbap). Japanese people living in Hawaii were banned from fishing at the time, so they added spam instead of sashimi. Let's make Hawaiian Musubi together, which is pretty and delicious.

Ingredients
  • canned ham
  • Sesame leaf
  • instant rice
  • Eggs
  • Kim
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    1t
  • Water
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the spam (small size) into 4 pieces, add 1t of seasoned soy sauce and 1T of water, and boil it down a little There was oil in the spam itself, so I grilled it without oil.
STEP 2/9
Mix rice with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds. Season eggs with salt, dissolve them, fry them in a pan, and cut them into spam-sized pieces. Cut perilla leaves into spam-sized pieces
STEP 3/9
They usually use square mousse molds, but I recycled the spam cans. I put plastic on a small spam box.
STEP 4/9
First, add a little bit of rice and press it down.
STEP 5/9
Put a baked spam on it,
STEP 6/9
Add 2 or 3 layers of perilla leaves.
STEP 7/9
Put the eggs on top,
STEP 8/9
Add rice at the end.
STEP 9/9
Take it out of the mold and roll it in the seaweed for gimbap!
If you put plastic on the spam box, it's easy to remove later, but it's convenient.
