Remove the blood from the meat with a kitchen towel and cut it at intervals of 1cm in width (you don't have to chop it finely), and wipe the blood on the surface once more as if pressing it with a towel.

Prepare chopped green onions and onions together and put the seasoning in a bowl according to the recipe.
