When the garlic is cooked well, add vegetables, pour a little water, stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn, remove the skin of the salted pollack roe, and stir-fry it with rice to complete the pollack roe garlic fried rice.

One more! I recycled the leftover pollack garlic fried rice the next day. Put the pollack garlic fried rice together, coat it with egg water, and fry it in a pan, and it'll be a rice pancake!!
I didn't season anything other than pollack roe to feed the kids. Depending on your preference, you can add or subtract the seasoning.
