Stir-fried sausage and vegetables with simple side dishes
Children's favorite side dish. These days, there are various kinds of sausages, so there are many products that you can take care of your health. You can use a variety of sausages depending on your preference, and today I'm going to make a nutritious side dish with paprika, saesongi mushrooms, and onions and plenty of vegetables.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'll cut the onions and the mushrooms into big pieces, about 2cm square.
STEP 2/6
I'll prepare paprika in 2cm size and make it easy to eat. It would be nice to use vegetables of various colors to make it easier to eat, right?
STEP 3/6
It's good to prepare sausages according to your preference, but I've cut them in a large size diagonally. You can do it in one bite size!

I'll prepare a spicy and savory sauce. Make the sauce according to the amount.
STEP 5/6
I'm going to grill the sausage in a pan and use it without oil. I'm going to make it more plain! Prepare the sausage in a preheated grill pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, then prepare for 2 minutes or so.
STEP 6/6
Preheat the pan over high heat for 2 minutes, add some eggplant, stir-fry the onion first, then add the vegetables. Stir-fry lightly, add the grilled sausage and sauce, and stir-fry it on high heat for about a minute!
Add various vegetables to your liking.
