STEP 2/6
Please prepare whole garlic. The whole garlic takes time to cook, so cut it into pieces, but you have to cut it a little thick so that it won't break when it's cooked later.
STEP 3/6
Boil the broccoli once and stir-fry it, so put 1 tablespoon of sea salt in boiling water and blanch it for about 2 minutes. It's better not to cook too much because you stir-fry it again. Soak it in cold water to remove the heat and squeeze the water out.
STEP 4/6
Heat the pan and add half a tablespoon of canola oil. Stir-fry garlic, but it burns when cooked over high heat, so lower the heat and stir-fry it when the oil temperature rises. If it smells like garlic, add blanched broccoli and stir-fry it together.
STEP 5/6
Complete with 2/3 teaspoon of stir-fried salt, a little bit of white pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
