STEP 1/6
Dig a hole in sifted flour, add salt, yeast and sugar, add warm water and olive oil, knead well and knead for 20 minutes.After the dough is finished, put a wrap on the bowl and ferment it for the first time.

After the first fermentation, divide the dough into 6 pieces, rest it for about 15 minutes, and put it in the refrigerator while making the contents and ferment it at low temperature for about 3 hours. Boil pasta noodles in boiling water with a little olive oil and a little salt for 7 to 8 minutes.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and push it with a rolling pin. Place vegetables and stir-fried pasta on half side of dough (low temperature ripening time is about 3 hours).

Place the pizza cheese on top, fold it in half, and press the ends with a fork to adhere. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
