When steaming in a regular steamer, put the pumpkin on the steamer when the water boils hard and steam it for 4 to 5 minutes. In my steam oven, there is a function of steamed sweet pumpkin on the automatic menu, so I steamed it easily.

Put commercial glutinous rice powder in a bowl, pour water, and mix well. At this time, don't put all the water in from the beginning, but just put half of it in and make the dough by checking the level of the water's texture later.

I made my own beanbag and used it. boil over medium heat with water and sugar and salt in soaked beans I boiled it down to low heat. If you stir it with a spoon, the beans become hard. Just leave it alone and remove the foam. Cut honey, beanbags, chestnuts into glutinous rice dough and mix them to make dough. I put in 150cc of water and it's a bit thick. So I modified the recipe.

They put the glutinous rice dough in the pumpkin and steamed it by pressing the nutritional glutinous rice cake function in the steam oven. I put in a steam container and chose automatic cooking number 26 to steam the rice cake. When you steam it in a steamer, put the pumpkin on the steamer and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes when the water is boiling.
