Ingredients
  • a garlic stem
    230g
  • Red pepper
    1/2ea
  • Soy sauce
    3TS
  • Sugar
    1TS
  • Starch syrup
    1/2TS
  • cooking wine
    2TS
  • Sesame
    1/2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1/3TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the garlic stems into 4cm long pieces and wash them well.
STEP 2/6
Then boil the water and blanch the garlic stems for about 30 seconds.
STEP 3/6
Chop 1/2 red peppers and shake off the seeds. Seeds make it a little messy. You can shred or add shredded red pepper.
STEP 4/6
Next, stir-fry 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 tablespoons of starch syrup, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and 1/3 tablespoons of sesame oil. Oh, don't add sesame oil yet. You can adjust the heat on high heat at first, then lower the heat to medium and keep stir-frying.
STEP 5/6
If the garlic stems seem to be about 2/3 cooked, add red pepper and sesame oil. It smells different. And then I keep frying it. Stir-fry until there is little soup left.
STEP 6/6
Ta-da! It's done. Oh, it's so good. I'm going to put it in a side dish container, order a laver, and go straight to the refrigerator.
