STEP 1/6
I made it too quickly, so I skipped the radish cutting process^^;;
I cut the radish in half, cut it in half, put it in a pot, and stir-fry it with perilla oil and half cooking oil.
Perilla oil has a low ignition point, so I mixed it with grape seed oil and stir-fried it^^
Add a spoonful of perilla oil and stir-fry it.
I tend to refrain from frying with low ignition point oil for a long time.^^
STEP 5/6
Add perilla seed powder I put in about a spoon and a half
I like the combination of sweet ripe radish and perilla seeds
If you put in too much, it will taste like perilla seeds. So try it and put in a moderate amount
It's good to add oyster mushroom or shiitake mushrooms to make it chewy
