Cream cheese shortbread cookies
Shortbread cookies that I like to eat during tea time in England... When I made it, it was really good taste and texture as tea food. It goes well with coffee and tea.. The scent of cream cheese and the flavor of butter.. The crunchy texture..It's a delicious cookie with three beats.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Mix the room temperature butter and cream cheese well. Add sugar and salt and mix well. Sift the powder and mix well.
STEP 2/4
If you don't see any powder, put it in the refrigerator for more than an hour by lumping it together like pressing with a spatula and shaping it into a rectangular shape of about 22*7cm.
STEP 3/4
Take it out of the refrigerator and cut it at appropriate intervals..
STEP 4/4
Poke it with chopsticks and bake it for 22-25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius in the preheating oven. It's nice that the cheese scent is gently cut off while baking. It was a cookie that I liked because I felt the richness and soft taste of cheese while chewing crispy..
