Grilled mackerel
When I work in the kitchen, I sometimes feel lazy to wash the dishes afterwards. Especially when grilling fish with a lot of fishy smell, it is difficult to clean the gas stove and the lid of the frying pan because of the oil splashing around. At times like this, I'll tell you a simple way.

Ingredients
  • Mackerel
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Fold the paper foil in half twice and cut it with scissors the size of a frying pan.
STEP 2/3
Place mackerel on top and cover with paper foil and bake until golden. In the same way, you can put hamburg steak on the frying pan and grill it
STEP 3/3
Can you see the oil on the mackerel? It doesn't splash around and it cooks well.
After baking, I don't want to clean it because it splatters on the gas stove, and the oil on the lid is often difficult to clean. If you cut and cover the paper foil, you can bake it comfortably. It's easy, right? I hope it's useful information for you.
