  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Soak the rice for about 30 minutes.. Please prepare beef with sweetened meat. You can use the vegetables at home instead.

Chop the onion, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces.

Put sesame oil, soaked rice, and minced beef in the pot and mix well. If you put the beef together, it will stick together even when it's porridge later, so mix it well to prevent it. Add chopped vegetables, too.

Add water or broth, please.

The electric rice cooker I have has a nutritious porridge course, so I pressed the button. I think it took about 40 minutes... You don't have to check if the porridge sticks in the middle of cooking... I feel comfortable because I can do other things.

Immediately before completing the beef porridge in an electric rice cooker, blanch the broccoli in boiling water with a pinch of salt and rinse it.
Because of the color of broccoli, if you boil it from the beginning... It's not pretty. Blanch moderately and chop thickly.

Beef porridge is finally done in the electric rice cooker. Add broccoli on top and season with soy sauce.
If you want to make it like a commercial porridge.. Make sure to use vegetable stock. Add a little bit of savory ingredients such as tuna liquid.^^
