STEP 1/6
Prepare onions, potatoes, ham, and carrots by slicing them into large pieces.
STEP 2/6
When the pan is heated around olive oil, add chunjang and stir-fry well over low heat. At first, it doesn't mix well with the oil, but stir-fry it and mix it well
STEP 3/6
When the chunjang is fried enough and goes well with the oil, add the chopped ingredients and stir-fry well.
STEP 4/6
Boil water when stir-fried moderately, add sugar when the ingredients are cooked, mix well, and adjust the concentration with starch powder at the end.
It's not good to stir-fry black soybean paste once, so it's for 4 to 5 people. I think it'd be good to make sauce and use it for jajangmyeon, jjajang tteokbokki, and jjajang rice.
STEP 5/6
Boil the noodles in boiling water. The amount depends on the number of people. The portion of the recipe is 4 to 5 servings. (Of course, the amount is subjective;;;)
STEP 6/6
Homemade jajangmyeon is complete
If you like spicy food, you can eat it with red pepper powder.
Fried eggs are also optional.
