Cucumber pickled in salt and seasoned with beef or shiitake mushrooms is called cucumber Gapjanggwa. It's a side dish that was served on the king's table, so I'm introducing it because the taste is totally luxurious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut cucumber into bite-size pieces and season with salt. Please wait a moment for the water to drain from the cucumber. You can season the whole thing separately later, so just season it a little bit.
STEP 2/6
If you soak it for about 10 minutes, the moisture comes out of the cucumber. Drain on a sieve and place on a kitchen towel to drain once more.
STEP 3/6
Mix sesame oil and grape seed oil in half and add garlic and beef. It's good to shred and prepare beef.

When the beef is fried, add the pre-pickled cucumber.

You don't have to add perilla powder, but it's a well-being side dish for your family, so put it in.

I'm done! It's salted and stir-fried, so cucumbers dance in your mouth.
Please increase or decrease the amount of ingredients according to your preference. Perilla seed powder is a choice, and shredded red pepper goes to garnish.
