Mugwort is trimmed by ripping off black and yellow leaves.

Soak in cold water for 5-10 minutes to allow the soil to settle and rinse three times to remove moisture.

Boil 1.5 liters of ml, add 1 1/2 tablespoon of bay salt, and blanch mugwort. Remove mugwort as soon as it dies. You don't have to blanch it for a long time. And you have to blanch mugwort and dry it to remove the bitter taste of mugwort.

Remove the heat from mugwort as you grind the cold water.

Dry in a tray at intervals. You can dry it for about three days. When it dries, the amount decreases. The last thing that's dry is the whole amount of mugwort, so it's decreased a lot.

When you touch it with your hands, if it becomes hard and rough, it's all dry.

Put it in a grinder and grind it. It's better to cut it with scissors and return it.
You have to change it more than you think.

It's better to use a tea cup when you drink it. Add 2-3 teaspoon of mugwort powder. Adjust the amount according to your preference.
When blanching mugwort, it's better to put it in twice instead of all at once. If you put salt in boiling water, the mugwort leaves become more blue.
