Making Florentine Armand Easy With Bread
This is Florentine Armand, a savory and chewy snack. It's one of my favorite snacks. Originally, it is a set meal to make pie dough, but this time, we replaced pie with bread to make it easier for anyone to make it.

Ingredients
  • a plain bread
    4piece
  • an almond slice
    60g
  • unsalted butter
    20g
  • Sugar
    15g
  • Honey
    30g
  • whipped cream
    50g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the edges of the bread and put it in the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
STEP 2/4
Make almond toppings while the bread is being baked. Boil butter, sugar, honey, and whipped cream over medium-low heat. When the sugar is completely melted and boiled, add sliced almonds and simmer until it feels sticky.
STEP 3/4
Spread almond topping evenly over baked bread. And bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes while looking at the color. (The temperature and time vary depending on the specifications of the oven, so please bake according to your oven standards.)
STEP 4/4
Cool the golden brown flotantin amand in a cooling net and cut it into bite-size pieces.
