Drain the tuna, season with pepper and salt in a bowl, mix with 3 spoons of starch and lump together. Prepare boiled quail eggs with flour. I made quail eggs that I took out while cooking quail eggs. About 8 quail eggs are used per can of tuna ^^
Just because it's fried too crispy doesn't mean it's delicious. You have to stop frying the batter when it's a bit yellowish Otherwise, tuna may harden a lot and the texture may be a bit dry ^^
