Making sweet and sour dumplings

  • Soy sauce

  • Water
    2/3mug cup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, I fried the dumplings. I'm too lazy to put oil on it, so I'll use the air fryer for 10 minutes.
STEP 2/8
In the meantime, cut half of the onions into squares

Cut apples and broccoli into appropriate sizes.
STEP 4/8
And I poured water into the pan with a mug for 3/2 and turned on the heat. Add 7 to 8 spoons of soy sauce and add as much soy sauce as cooking sugar. Please add 4 spoons of vinegar and make it refreshing.

Make starch water quickly. (2 spoons of starch: 2 spoons of water)
STEP 6/8
As soon as it started to boil, I added starch water.
STEP 7/8
When it thickens, turn off the heat and quickly add the sliced vegetables.

Put the fried dumplings on a plate and add the sauce, and that's it.

    The only ingredient was onions... crying But it was better than the sauce from the Chinese restaurant. I didn't like Chinese restaurants because they were so good. Thank you for the meal. ^^
