Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
I put water, milk, and 5 spoons of butter in a pot, 1 spoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt, and boiled it quickly over low heat.

When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add 1 cup of flour to make the dough. The dough is slightly like glue, not regular flour dough.

Turn on the heat again, stir-fry the dough for 30 to 40 seconds until it turns white underneath, and leave it in cold water to cool the pot slightly.

In the meantime, I started making custard cream!! Prepare 6 spoons of sugar and egg yolk, mix it well enough to melt sugar, and then add 100 milks in advance and mix it well!!

Add 2 spoons of flour and stir it until the flour is dissolved, and then go go go!!

At first, it was boiled while stirring over medium heat, but when it started to boil, it was changed to low heat and mixed well.
Add 1 spoon of butter and mix until butter melts, then put in a bowl and cool in the refrigerator.

While I was making custard cream, I took the forgotten dough out of the cold water, and I beat two eggs and put it in the dough.

Mix it quickly and add the eggs in two times to complete the dough that is not very watery and not very dry. I mixed it with a spatula!! I think it's better to mix it with a whisk!

If you don't have a piping bag, put the dough in a disposable bag.

I squeezed it out and sprayed it with water.
STEP 11/12
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20 minutes.
STEP 12/12
Cool down the baby shoes and put the custard cream in the bottom with a hole. Sprinkle sugar powder and it's done!
