Healthy Beet Carrot Juice
I made a simple juice with a bit that is good for anemia and high blood pressure.

  • Yogurt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The ingredients are beet, carrot, and yogurt.
STEP 2/7
Peel the beet and cut it in moderation so that it can be rubbed well in a mixer. Cut the half of the carrot in moderation.

Put both the beet and carrot in the blender and 2 bottles of yogurt. If you are using a juicer or a green juice machine, you can only drink vegetable juice without yogurt. But for the taste, it seems to be a little more delicious to put in yogurt.

Please grind it well.

It's tightly divided.

Filter only the juice out of the fine net. If you press it with a spoon, it's not that hard and the juice comes out well.

Just pour the juice down and put it in the glass, and it's done
If you don't mix other vegetables and just add the beet, make sure to add carrots or apples because it has a lot of unique scent.
