Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the ham thickly as it looks and bake it with a little bit of grape seed oil.
STEP 2/8
Prepare the eggs. Remove the string first. It's because it contains a lot of cholesterol. If you pick up salt with chopsticks once, it's the amount of salt for an egg. There are two eggs, so you can pick up the salt twice with chopsticks.
STEP 3/8
All you have to do is fry the eggs, heat the pan first and coat the kitchen towel with grape seed oil to coat the bottom of the pan as well as the sides. The amount of oil needs to be small. Turn the heat down. Pour in both eggs. The egg should be slightly thick, so when it starts to cook to a certain extent, poke the chopsticks deep in the middle and turn it upside down.
STEP 4/8
Cut the four sides of the edge neatly with a knife. Cut it to the same size as the ham.
STEP 5/8
They also put perilla leaves, and it smells good. Cucumber is okay, but if you do it wrong, it will cause water, so pickle it and use it. Soak it in cold water for about 5 minutes, wash it under running water, and sieve it. Remove the stalk end and cut it in half to make it similar to the size of the ham.
STEP 6/8
Please prepare a bowl of rice. Add 1/3 tablespoon of flavored salt, 2/3 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and mix.
STEP 7/8
Wipe the can with a kitchen towel, then cut the plastic wrap and put it in. - Rice. - Ham. - Egg. - Perilla leaves. - Put it in the order of rice and press it. If you don't have anything to press, you can press it with your hand.
STEP 8/8
Cut the gimbap seaweed to fit the size. It's a little bigger than the class president. It sticks well if the rough side of the seaweed touches the rice.If you look closely, there are two sides of seaweed: the smooth side and the rough side. You just have to fold it like that
To remove the ham neatly, remove the wrapper from the can and heat it by turning the can in the gas stove for about a minute. Then, the oil that was solidified in the can melts and falls out. If you heat it for too long, it will cook. And if you add 1 tablespoon of water per 2 eggs, the eggs are softer and more delicious.
