  • Ripe persimmon

  • Milk
    200ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Keep the persimmon in the refrigerator cold.
STEP 2/4
Prepare 200ml of milk.
STEP 3/4
The persimmon removes the tip and skin. You have to remove the skin to make it soft. If there are seeds, remove them.
STEP 4/4
Put the persimmon and milk together in a blender. Add honey if you want it sweeter.
