STEP 1/6
When you grill cheese at home, it's better to cut it into 1cm thickness and bake it in a dry pan without oil, and when you grill it outdoors on charcoal, it's better to cut it into 1.5cm thickness.
STEP 2/6
Prepare grilled cheese, red paprika, green paprika, and white part green onion. Other ingredients such as mushrooms, onions, and broccoli can be replaced.
STEP 3/6
Heat the pan and just bake the cheese without oil. It's better to turn it upside down once it's golden.
STEP 4/6
Heat the pan, then lightly cover with canola oil (other oils are fine) and bake until golden brown. It's hard to flip one by one, so if you shake the pan, it will flip itself.
STEP 5/6
At the end, season it with a little bit of salt. Vegetables need to be seasoned. Pepper is a vegetable, so I skipped it because it doesn't smell fishy, but if you like pepper scent, please sprinkle white pepper.
STEP 6/6
Cool slightly on a plate. Put it on the skewer with color harmony in mind.
If you put it on a skewer and grill it, the skewer is wood, so you can burn it. So, put water in a cup and soak the wooden skewers for more than 30 minutes.
