STEP 1/7
I used a mix of strong flour and soft flour, but strong flour used three fists and soft flour used one fist. In addition, three spoons of sugar, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of yeast (because of the nature of yeast, please don't meet salt directly). I was thinking about making cookies, but I decided to add condensed milk instead of skimmed milk. If you use hand kneading, knead it well for more than 15 minutes. After that, I put a wrap on it and let the dough ferment for an hour.
STEP 2/7
When making twisted doughnuts, you can put flour on your hands, but instead, I used canola oil (oil used at home) on sanitary gloves. I put a little oil on the sanitary gloves and grabbed the dough and took it off, and the dough didn't dry easily and didn't stick to it, so it was better. Please jump rope small on the cutting board with the dough you took off.
STEP 3/7
Twist it and get ready. To make it easier, we didn't do the first and second fermentation. The first fermentation time is an hour! After that, as I got the shape, I naturally got a little more fermentation time.
STEP 4/7
Twisted doughnuts that don't require too much oil. Pour oil into the pan, wait for the heat to rise, and fry it. That's it!
STEP 5/7
When fried deliciously, drain the oil from the twisted doughnut. It's good for kitchen towels.
STEP 6/7
Even if you don't put sugar on it, the twisted doughnut that children eat well is done!
STEP 7/7
What if you like something sweeter? Put a little sugar and cinnamon powder in a disposable plastic pack and shake it with a warm twisted doughnut! It looks like a sweet sugar-coated twisted doughnut. On days when you crave sweet things, it's delicious even if you eat it like this.
