Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut 1 onion, 1/2 zucchini, 1 cherry tomato and 1 green pepper, 1/2 green onion into bite-size pieces, and cut squid body into cuts.

Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic to make the garlic smell first...

Stir-fry onions and zucchini first and cook them gently

Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

Lastly, add squid and stir-fry a little bit. If you stir-fry squid for too long, it will get tough because of the moisture.. It's soft when it's cooked slightly.

Add cherry tomatoes... Add 1 cup of starch water to thicken, add sesame oil, pepper, sesame salt and green onion... That's it.. Season with salt.
