Stir-fried Buckwheat Noodles
It was my first time eating buckwheat sprouts, and the savory and soft texture was good to eat as a side dish.

Ingredients
  • Buckwheat sprouts
    50g
  • perilla oil
    2TS
  • crushed garlic
    0.5TS
  • Soy sauce
    1TS
  • Water
    2TS
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Salt
    0.2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil buckwheat sprouts in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes. Wash the well-boiled buckwheat greens in running water
STEP 2/4
Soak it in cold water for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/4
After 30 minutes, take out the buckwheat sprouts, squeeze the water with both hands, cut it in half to make it easy to eat, and mix it with perilla oil and minced garlic.
STEP 4/4
Stir-fry seasoned buckwheat greens and 1 tablespoon of home soy sauce in a frying pan. When it's fried to a certain extent, add 2 tablespoons of water and stir-fry again, then slice green onions. Season it with salt and stir-fry it one more time!
