STEP 1/12
The ingredients are simple. All you need is a moist pear, green onion root, ginger, and honey.
STEP 2/12
When I use green onions, I usually cut the ends of green onions and dry them. Then it's easy to store and it's easy to use when making pear honey soup or broth.
STEP 3/12
Cut the top part of the washed pear like this.
STEP 4/12
Dig the pear into a round shape and make it look like a bowl. You just have to think that you're cutting out the seeds.
STEP 5/12
Add green onion roots and ginger to the scavenging.
STEP 6/12
Fill your stomach with honey.
STEP 7/12
Cover with cut-out tops.
STEP 8/12
Place in a double-hot, concave bowl. (Use a large bowl because your stomach is watery) Place the pear bowl in a large pot with a medium hot water.
STEP 9/12
Cover and boil over high heat, and when water boils, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Make sure to put the lid on.
STEP 10/12
This is what it looks like when it's been an hour or so. There's a lot of water in the stomach.
STEP 11/12
This is what it looks like after two hours. The skin of the ship was peeled off, and there was more water coming out of it.
STEP 12/12
If it's fully heated and moist, steamed pear honey is done!!! It's good to drink it like tea when it's hot, along with the moisture from the stomach and the water boiled with honey in the pears. It's even better to eat it at the speed of a ripe pear.
