Ingredients
  • Cheese
  • black sesame
  • Vienna sausage
  • instant rice
  • Young squash
  • Carrot
  • Ham
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put 70 to 80 percent of the octopus, which needs to make 6 to 8 legs in Vienna.
STEP 2/7
If you dip it in boiling water, it becomes an octopus quickly.
STEP 3/7
Quickly scoop up the octopus that's spread out. When the octopus is cold, it is difficult to attach eyes, so you have to make eyeballs with cheese when it is warm.
STEP 4/7
Eyeballs are easy and fun because you can poke cheese with a straw at home. When the round cheese doesn't come out of the straw, press the end of the straw and it comes out well.
STEP 5/7
Now, just stick the black sesame in the middle of the cheese and stick it to the octopus when you complete the eye.
STEP 6/7
I'm going to make fried rice this time. Chop the carrots, zucchini and ham, and stir-fry the carrots and zucchini first, then when it's almost done, add the sliced ham and stir-fry it. You know that you have to blanch ham in boiling water to get rid of the additives, right? If you add rice and stir-fry it to season it, then fried rice is done!
STEP 7/7
I put three octopuses in one side of the fried rice and a fork pin.
