Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of ice water + 1/2 cup of flour to knead.
STEP 2/5
Add 1 Korean soy sauce.
STEP 3/5
Cut chives into 4-5cm lengths and shred onions. Chop the carrots and chop the cheongyang peppers.
STEP 4/5
Mix chives, onions, carrots, and cheongyang peppers in the pancake mix.
STEP 5/5
At the end, add a little pepper to complete the dough and put it in the refrigerator. It's more chewy and delicious after a day. Pour oil into the frying pan and fry the dough matured in the refrigerator, and it's done!
