Spinach egg fried rice
When you're thinking about what to feed the kids for three meals a day! How about a simple spinach fried rice?

Ingredients
  • white rice

  • Eggs

  • Spinach
    1/2pack
  • Oyster sauce
    1.5TS
  • Sesame

  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Beat in the eggs and prepare them.
STEP 2/5
Cut off the tip of the spinach, trim it, and wash it out. Cut it not too small.
STEP 3/5
You can use olive oil, but I usually use perilla oil for fried rice.
Add perilla oil and stir-fry with spinach chopsticks as soon as the pan is heated.
STEP 4/5
Add cold rice and a tablespoon of oyster sauce, add or subtract seasoning to taste. I put in about 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
STEP 5/5
Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds, and mix them evenly. Spinach egg fried rice is done.
