Let's make soybean paste sauce to mature pork! Two tablespoons of soybean paste, (I think you need to taste it because each house has a different salinity.) Add one tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of ginger juice, one tablespoon of cheongju, one tablespoon of plum juice, one tablespoon of oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and chopped green onion and mix well!
