Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
  • Soybean paste
  • Soy sauce
  • crushed garlic
  • leek
  • ginger juice
  • cooking wine
  • Cheongju
  • Oligosaccharide
  • plum extract

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I used it for pork belly and other parts are good too! I think the fat less front leg meat will taste good.
STEP 2/6
Let's make soybean paste sauce to mature pork! Two tablespoons of soybean paste, (I think you need to taste it because each house has a different salinity.) Add one tablespoon of soy sauce, half a tablespoon of ginger juice, one tablespoon of cheongju, one tablespoon of plum juice, one tablespoon of oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and chopped green onion and mix well!

Spread soybean paste seasoning on pork belly front and back! I put it in a millet container and let it ripen in the refrigerator for about an hour.

After about an hour, you can cook the meat now!

Grease a pan with a little cooking oil (or you can easily burn it because of the seasoning) and place the meat on top. Cook it on medium heat and low heat
