Put the ingredients in a baking machine, knead, finish the first fermentation, cover the stomach at room temperature so that it does not dry, and let it ferment for about 15 minutes.

When the volume is doubled, spread the egg mixture over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Adjust the temperature and time of each oven. If it's not for immediate consumption, let it cool and seal it well.
