Making morning bread
I'm going to put on morning bread today. I knew for the first time that freshly baked morning bread was this soft and delicious. I'm going to eat a lot of them on the spot.

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Put the ingredients in a baking machine, knead, finish the first fermentation, cover the stomach at room temperature so that it does not dry, and let it ferment for about 15 minutes.
STEP 2/3
Divide 40g each and shape it, then place it on a pan and perform a secondary fermentation for about 40 minutes so that it does not dry out in a warm place.
STEP 3/3
When the volume is doubled, spread the egg mixture over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Adjust the temperature and time of each oven. If it's not for immediate consumption, let it cool and seal it well.
