Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut off the squid legs, put your hands in the body, remove the intestines and bones, and wash them thoroughly.
I prepared chives, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and cheongyang peppers to put inside.
STEP 2/4
I'll prepare rice and eggs. Chop squid legs, carrots, chives, and cheongyang peppers into small pieces, put them all in a bowl, and mix them well with pancake powder, egg, salt, pepper powder, and sesame oil.
STEP 3/4
Drain the cuttlefish by putting a kitchen towel in the body, then put flour and coat it evenly.
STEP 4/4
Fill the body of the squid with 2/3 of the filling and cover it with a skewer. (If you fill it tightly, the filling shrinks and all the filling comes out.) Put the water in a boiling steamer and steam it for about 15 minutes.
