Cut the onion in half and cut about half, and cut the green onion diagonally. I think it looks prettier if you cut the tofu in a flat way rather than cutting it in half It'd be good if you cut red pepper and prepare it's ready.

Cut the cabbage kimchi into bite-sized pieces, and scoop the cabbage kimchi soup with a ladle. I think ripe kimchi would taste better. I prepared pork with pork neck. It's better to have a moderate amount of fat than very little.
STEP 4/4
When it's slightly fried, add the cabbage kimchi soup. Add only enough water to soak the pork and kimchi and boil it well (about 15 minutes on low heat) When it boils, add red pepper powder, minced garlic, onion, green onion, tofu, and red pepper and boil it a little more, and season with salt.
If you don't have cooking wine, you can replace it with rice wine and soju.
