I prepared red vegetables, onions, and sweet persimmons. I chopped the onions and put them in cold water to remove the spicy taste. Red cabbage, lettuce, and cabbage are all good I had sweet persimmon, so I chopped it up and put it in. You can slice pears or apples and put them in.

Seasoning: red pepper paste 2, red pepper powder 1, starch syrup 1, sugar 1, vinegar 2, soy sauce 1, sesame oil, sesame. [Based on rice spoon]
I'm going to eat it with fried dumplings, so I made a slightly spicy sauce.
