Add ginger and green onion between the cut fish.

When the steam rises in the steamer, put onions and ginger green onions on the steamer.

Put the pre-prepared sea bream on top, close the lid, and steam it over high heat, then reduce it to medium heat and low heat.

While the fish is steaming, prepare scallions and soak them in cold water for a while.

Place steamed sea bream on a plate.

Sprinkle with commercial oriental sauce.
STEP 7/9
Put the green onion salad on top.
STEP 8/9
Sprinkle the oriental sauce again.
STEP 9/9
Sprinkle green onion salad with boiled cooking oil and it's done.
If you use a slightly dry fish, the meat won't break when you steam it.
