Cooking Steps

First, soak the glass noodles in warm water and prepare them.

Chop vegetables into appropriate sizes and chop Cheongyang red pepper. Grease a heated pan with pork and minced garlic pepper and stir-fry quickly over high heat. When the pork is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry onions and cheongyang peppers first, then stir-fry bell peppers and paprika.
