Chop vegetables into appropriate sizes and chop Cheongyang red pepper. Grease a heated pan with pork and minced garlic pepper and stir-fry quickly over high heat. When the pork is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry onions and cheongyang peppers first, then stir-fry bell peppers and paprika.

Stir-fry vegetables and season them with soy sauce and spicy oyster sauce. When the oyster sauce is mixed well, add the soaked glass noodles and stir-fry quickly. When the sauce is mixed, add chives at the end and stir-fry slightly.
