Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
You can cut the vegetables like that. I purposely chopped onions and mushrooms. I'm going to improve my appetite when I eat tortilla pizza later. Or, you can shred it and use it.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry the vegetables one at a time. Grease a heated frying pan with oil and wipe slightly with a kitchen towel. Please stir-fry it. Stir-fry vegetables except onions and pine mushrooms, add commercial pizza sauce and mix.

Bake tortillas back and forth in an ungreased frying pan.
STEP 4/5
Add onions and mushrooms to tortilla and place vegetables mixed in commercial pizza sauce. Sprinkle 100g of pizza cheese and add remaining onions and mushrooms.
STEP 5/5
Add 100g of paja cheese and slice cheese and top it like that. Sprinkle a little bit of parsley. Bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Each household has different oven specifications, so add or subtract the temperature and time.
