Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Chop the onions and prepare them, place the meatball dough ingredients in a bowl, including ground pork, and beat them all together. Apply a little oil to your hands and make the dough round. Add enough oil to a heated frying pan, add meatballs, and cook as you roll with chopsticks. Or you can fry it. Place cooked meatballs on kitchen towels to remove grease.

You can prepare vegetables like that. Blanch broccoli with a little salt in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.

Pour a little oil into a heated frying pan, then stir-fry the onions. Add vegetables except broccoli and stir-fry. Add the pre-made sauce ingredients and simmer. Add ungreased meatballs and broccoli and simmer. At the end, mix starch powder and water with the suggested amount and stir-fry quickly to finish.
