Ingredients
  • Colabi

  • Water
    1.5cup
  • Sugar
    1/2cup
  • Vinegar
    1/2cup
  • Salt
    1/2TS
  • Pickling Spice
    1.5TS
  • lemon juice
    4TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7

Rub the colabi with baking soda first, pour cold water, add more baking soda in the water, and then wash it.
Wash it twice more with clear water. Shake off the water.
