Black rice herb bread with a light taste
I mixed black rice powder and herb powder to make herb bread. I tried to lower the calories. It's less sweet maybe because I'm used to the sweet taste.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
All the ingredients are measured on the scale according to the amount.

Sift the black rice powder, baking powder, and salt
STEP 3/12
Mix together the herb powder (dried parsley and basil powder).
STEP 4/12
Add the cold butter to this and mash it finely.
STEP 5/12
Mix butter and powder with both hands and set aside about 50 grams.
STEP 6/12
Beat the eggs in the milk and put them in the powder
STEP 7/12
Mix it well.

Put butter or cooking oil on the pan
STEP 9/12
Place the strong flour in one corner and tilt the pan in all directions to add flour. If you do this, the bread falls off easily after baking even without attaching parchment paper.

Put the dough in a pan and sprinkle the dough powder on top.
STEP 11/12
Bake in a 180-degree convection oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden.
