  • Cucumber
  • Salt

Cooking Steps

Pour water into a pot, add 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt and boil the eggs.

Peel and cut in half with a knife.
And put it on a plate

Rinse cucumber with salt and shred.

Place little by little on top of a half-cut egg on a plate.

Sprinkle a little bit of red pepper paste on top of the cucumber.
You can sprinkle sesame oil or sesame seeds to your liking.
