Crush the tofu, please. You have to mash it as small as possible to make it taste good. If you just roughly lump it, you can feel the blandness of tofu!

Beat the eggs in a steamer, season with chopped vegetables, mashed tofu and salt and mix well. When you only use eggs, it doesn't matter if you don't season it, but it's bland if you put tofu in it! If you want to enjoy it deliciously, use a pinch of salt and two skewers. It's perfect for seasoning with rice. And if you look at the picture, my steamed eggs are taken out of the steamer^^ It's a little easier to take it out if you put olive oil in the bowl before putting the contents in

Put water in a pot and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes, and then steamed eggs are done. You can microwave it or double-hot it. Either way is okay. But when you use a microwave, add a little water!
